2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Full payment must be received before the order is processed and shipped.
- AlShaikh.PK reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order and are processing it; it does not mean the order has been shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- AlShaikh.PK offers free shipping on orders of PKR 5,000 or above within Pakistan. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be applied and displayed at checkout.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- Same city: 2–4 working days
- Other cities: 2–4 working days (depending on courier availability)
- Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier services and public holidays.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Our returns and refunds policy is detailed in the “Returns & Refunds” section.
- We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
- If a product is found to be damaged or incorrect, we will process a refund or replacement at no additional charge.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including your shipping address and contact details.
- AlShaikh.PK is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AlShaikh.PK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product that caused the issue.
8. Changes to Terms
AlShaikh.PK reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
